CLEAR-SEAL - Professional Sealer and Finish Coat For Decorative Surfaces

PROFESSIONAL ACRYLIC SEALER: RainguardPro CLEAR-SEAL is a water-based, low-VOC, low-odor coating that helps protect masonry and wood against chemical spills, staining, UV light, and wear due to heavy foot traffic. This pro-grade sealant, formulated with Acrylic Urethane, is a single-component, self-cross-linking sealer and finish coat made for use on horizontal and vertical painted or unpainted concrete and wood surfaces. It dries to a clear high-gloss finish that won't yellow or turn cloudy.

LONG LASTING PROTECTION: Engineered to be tough and durable, CLEAR-SEAL creates a long-lasting barrier against impacts, heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic, as well as superior outdoor protection from weathering and UV damage. This sealer is resistant to acids, bases, gasoline, alcohol, oil, and hot tire pickup, making it the ideal topcoat sealer for commercial garages, warehouses, industrial floors, and residential driveways, decks, and patios.

PREMIXED FORMULATION: RainguardPro CLEAR-SEAL is ready to use right out of the bottle. Before use, simply shake the bottle lightly to disperse any settled material. This high-gloss acrylic waterproofer can cover and protect up to 400 square feet per gallon, depending on the substrate. For a less shiny finish, try RainguardPro's low gloss formulation for the same enhancing, waterproof protection.

EASY APPLICATION: Seamlessly seal wood and masonry surfaces with RainguardPro CLEAR-SEAL. Prior to application, protect anything you don't want to be sealed by moving or covering with a tarp. Prep the surface by removing dirt, debris, oil, stains, and filling cracks for best results. Using a lambswood applicator, pump-up sprayer, or airless sprayer, apply the sealer to a dry surface (less than 25% moisture) and wait for at least one hour between coats. After application, let the acrylic sealer cure.
